Breaking Ground in Wausau – FedEx Ground Project!

Strack Construction is bringing its commercial construction expertise to Wausau, Wisconsin, for a new FedEx Ground facility. This project marks our 8th FedEx project in partnership with Ruedebusch Development & Construction, Inc., continuing a valued relationship built on trust, teamwork, and successful project delivery.

Located on a 28-acre site, the new 235,000 SF FedEx Ground facility will feature precast concrete and structural steel construction. With project completion anticipated in late 2027, this large-scale development will add another milestone to our commercial and industrial construction portfolio.

We’re working alongside Ruedebusch Development & Construction, Inc., THIELEN & GREEN, and Sandman Structural Engineers to bring this project to life.

With seven FedEx projects behind us, we’re ready to make this eighth collaboration another success. We look forward to bringing this project to life in Wausau!
